Keeleys Sales, Lettings & Property Management are an independent firm of estate agents

Established in 1990, Keeleys is a family owned independent agent. Since Matthew (Director) and his family took over at Keeleys in 2005 they have worked hard to ensure the business maintains a good working relationship with all of its clients.

From accurate market valuations to securing tenancies, we work tirelessly to provide our clients with a service we can be proud of. By going that extra mile and treating both properties and people with the respect they deserve, our clients know their needs are being taken care of, no matter how diverse and complex they are. Whether it is lettings or sales choosing an agent with integrity, experience and professionalism is imperative in today’s fluctuating marketplace. At Keeleys we are here to provide just that.

We keep fully abreast of changing legislation and current market conditions, both locally and nationally, to ensure our clients are fully informed on all aspects of the process. We believe knowledge is the key to providing successful results for our clientele. Being informed also helps dispel some of the fear and anxiety associated with moving home. Director MARLA

When Matthew and his family acquired Keeleys in 2005 he was keen to maintain Keeleys' personal and approachable reputation. Working in the office everyday allows Matthew to maintain a good working relationship with all of Keeleys landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers and contractors. On the weekends Matthew can be found in his garage restoring his classic car.

Fun Fact: The artwork on our Keeleys cars were all designed by Matthew!

Sales Manager

Robert is local to Ely and has been an estate agent in the area now for 15 years! himself and his family have strong roots in the local community and loves getting involved and interacting with local businesses and community groups. He is happiest watching sports and socialising with friends.

Fun Fact: Robert loves classical music and is learning to play the piano.

Accounts Manager MARLA

Has now been with Keeleys for over 16 years. She first joined our team as an administrator, and is now our Account's Manager. Barbara spends her days number crunching and dealing with general enquiries. If she's not in the office Barbara can be found in Majorca relaxing in the sunshine.

Fun Fact: Barbara has been teaching herself Spanish for the past 3 years!

Lettings Administrator

As well as everyday administration Emma undertakes the majority of inventories and final inspections on our let properties. Her job means Emma's often out and about in our small sign-written Smart Car. Emma works until 3pm daily to allow plenty of walking time for her horses and dog. On the weekends she can be found restoring a 1960 American Ford truck with her husband.

Fun Fact: Emma spends her days in and out of houses, but lives on a boat!

Lettings Administrator

Deals with the majority of our tenant and landlord enquiries and applications. Veronica has a passion for customer service and is usually the voice you’ll hear on the other end of the phone – Yes, that accent is Swedish! In her spare time Veronica loves to be out and about with her camera.

Fun Fact: Veronica speaks 4 Languages!

Lettings Administrator

Is usually the face you’ll see out and about. With a long career in customer service Sharon’s perfectly suited to her position with us at Keeleys conducting the majority of our viewings and property visits – which she gets to and from in our shiny chrome wrapped Keeleys car. Sharon’s a social butterfly so likes to spend her spare time catching up with friends.

Fun Fact: Queen of packing, Sharon has moved house 14 times!

Office Manager

Amanda is our newest member to the Lettings team and is starting out her career in Property Management. Amanda comes with a HR background and this role shares her favourite aspect of Personnel with lots of interaction with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. Amanda has forgotten what spare time feels like as she has two young boys but enjoys running to regain her sanity.

Fun Fact: In 2019 Amanda achieved a running medal each month, including 7 Half Marathons.
