When Matthew and his family acquired Keeleys in 2005 he was keen to maintain Keeleys' personal and approachable reputation. Working in the office everyday allows Matthew to maintain a good working relationship with all of Keeleys landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers and contractors. On the weekends Matthew can be found in his garage restoring his classic car.
Has now been with Keeleys for over 16 years. She first joined our team as an administrator, and is now our Account's Manager. Barbara spends her days number crunching and dealing with general enquiries. If she's not in the office Barbara can be found in Majorca relaxing in the sunshine.
Robert is local to Ely and has been an estate agent in the area now for 15 years! himself and his family have strong roots in the local community and loves getting involved and interacting with local businesses and community groups. He is happiest watching sports and socialising with friends.
Amanda is the Office Manager of the Lettings team and has been with Keeleys Property Management since 2019. Amanda comes with a HR background and this role shares her favourite aspect of Personnel with lots of interaction with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors. Amanda has forgotten what spare time feels like as she has two young boys but enjoys running to regain her sanity.
As well as everyday administration Emma undertakes the majority of inventories and final inspections on our let properties. Her job means Emma's often out and about in our small sign-written Smart Car. Emma works until 3pm daily to allow plenty of walking time for her horses and dog. On the weekends she can be found restoring a 1960 American Ford truck with her husband.
Deals with the majority of our tenant and landlord enquiries and applications. Veronica has a passion for customer service and is usually the voice you’ll hear on the other end of the phone – Yes, that accent is Swedish! In her spare time Veronica loves to be out and about with her camera.
Michelle joined Keeleys in January 2022 and carries out the majority of our monthly visits and viewings for potential new tenants. In her free time she enjoys cycling and running.
