We have had a business relationship with Keeleys for some years, and we naturally wished to again use their services for marketing a property which we had finished overseeing a considerable renovation, straight away.
As it is very near our own home this was a sale requiring a degree of sensitivity.
Andrew dealt with the initial interview with me, we discussed the marketing strategy and Andrew put forward one or two ideas which put a slightly different slant on the description of the property which was, I am happy to say very successful..
The photographs were excellent, making the most of the space and light within this period property and the enclosed nature of the courtyard.
Once the details were released on to both Keeleys own website and that of Rightmove, almost immediately this brought forward two credible buyers, both in a position to proceed. I am convinced that presenting a property that will photograph well is key to successfully catching the eye of a potential buyer initially. Making sure that the property lives up to the photographs, is of course, very important.
The sale concluded as soon as the legal process allowed, and we look forward to meeting our new neighbours soon.
