“I used Keeleys to both rent and buy my flat in Ely. There were so many vendors to choose from and I went for Keeleys quite truthfully as they were the nicest people on the phone when I called for advice. Most importantly all the way through the process they never pressured me or tried to “sell” me their products, they simply gave me the information and let me come to my own decision. This was an invaluable aspect of their service. Once I had signed up with them, they gave me regular updates, were easy to get hold of and returned calls promptly, unlike other agencies I had used in Ely. My main dealings were with Rob when it came to selling the property, he was very open, honest and knowledgeable, a genuinely lovely guy to deal with. I don’t often write reviews for services as I don’t often think a service is outstanding. I can honestly say Keeleys is a great choice to ease you through the stresses of renting and selling and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.”
