Just under 17 years ago I was in a position whereby I had to live on site in my job and so I rented my house out. Having not been in this position before I looked in the yellow pages and decided to use Keeleys and I am so glad I made that decision. The staff have been so professional and the rents are very competitive. Any problems the staff were soon on the phone to me. They checked the property very regularly. Any repairs required or up to date equipment needed they use very reasonably priced companis. By law the gas has to be checked which Keeleys organised for me. If there was a problem with a tenant they would contact me and suggest ways to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of renting out a property to use Keeleys. 10 out of 10 for professionalism.
